TAP is a job hunting program that helps you build a global career without leaving home.
We connect you to a clear strategy, real opportunities, and a community of people who care about your success.
When you join, you get:
Our goal is simple: to help talented people from Palestine and across MENA get better jobs, earn more, and feel confident about their future.
TAP is designed for motivated, skilled professionals who want to build global careers, so the application process helps us make sure the program is the right fit for you.
The steps are simple:
There are no hidden fees for Palestinians.
This pathway is part of a wider effort to make career opportunities accessible for talent across Gaza, the West Bank, and those displaced elsewhere.
TAPers land digital roles across many fields, depending on their skills and interests.
Common job paths include but not limited to:
We help you understand which roles fit you best and guide you toward opportunities with companies in the Gulf, Europe, and around the world.
Most remote jobs, especially the ones offered by companies in Europe, the Gulf, and around the world, use English as the main working language.
This means you’ll need a basic level of English to:
You do not need perfect English. Many TAPers join with intermediate English and improve as they go. Your coach also helps you:
We want to make sure you’re set up to succeed in a global, remote-first environment.
The reason TAP works is because you are never job hunting alone.
You get:
This combination helps you find better opportunities, reach the right people, and feel confident when applying.
Most importantly, it helps you stay consistent, which is the real key to getting interviews.
No. TAP used to include SAA fees in older training programs, but the current job hunting program does not charge any SAA fees. If you are a Palestinian applicant, the program is completely free, and there are no hidden costs at any stage.
While TAP provides access to an exclusive job board, our core role lies in helping you unlock opportunities beyond public listings. Most remote roles are never advertised, and our program trains you to access this hidden job market.
We teach you how to identify the right people, build meaningful professional connections in your sector, and turn those conversations into real opportunities, ultimately helping you secure employment.
